A Message to Our Communities - As we look toward the future of the Concho Valley, my vision is to strengthen a region where every community—large or small—has the tools, partnerships, and support needed to thrive. Our mission remains clear: to empower local governments, elevate shared goals, and deliver high-quality services in the most effective and efficient ways possible. Together, we will expand collaboration, share innovative solutions, and leverage state and federal opportunities that bring real value and opportunities to our communities. 

We will continue to build strong relationships across the region that allow us to face challenges with confidence, make the most of available resources, and create lasting opportunities for the people we serve. The Concho Valley’s strength has always been its people and its partnerships—and I am committed to moving forward together with intention, unity, and hope for an even stronger future for the people and the partners we are privileged to serve.
